Changemakers
In this 3-year Big Lottery funded programme, we offer free consultancy to specially selected voluntary organisations throughout the UK. The project helps organisations that tackle disadvantage and exclusion and are facing specific challenges: problems with operational effectiveness, difficulties in achieving growth ambitions or the need to merge or work collaboratively with other voluntary organisations.

London Communities Project
London Communities Project is an exciting new pan-London project providing extra support to small local community groups and / or black and minority ethic groups and to the volunteers who are interested in helping them.
We work closely with organisations to help them create volunteering roles which are both useful to the organisation and attractive to volunteers. We also build relationships with volunteers who are willing to support these groups to ensure that we find interesting and worthwhile roles for them.
